Expenses Claims

Expenses may be claimed for outgoings made in the best interests of the society. All expenses must be authorised by the committee before the purchase is made. Valid receipts must be provided for all claims, or they will not be authorised. Once authorised claims will be paid within 5 working days to the bank account provided.

Some things to remember:

• The purchase must be in the interests of the Society.
• Please seek permission before a purchase is made.
• Expenses will not be authorised without a valid receipt.
• Mileage is paid at 25p per mile.
• Mileage can be claimed for transporting a Canon to an event. This will be paid for 1 way.
• Mileage can be claimed for attending a site visit in preparation of an event.
